Every time I go to Las Palmas I try to pay Trastornados a visit. This interiors shop run by Paco and Jose, is by far the best in the island. With nine years of existence it has become the style meca in the capital, well at least for me. We share the same idea of mixing styles and products. They are fan of the green, love the look of the natural cactus versus the ceramic versions. There is a great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories too, and what about the wall art and the lighting?
I dream with opening a shop on the same road/area as Trastornados, in the are of Triana/Vegueta, the most beautiful part of the capital, with the old buildings and some of the nicest independent shops. If you are in Las Palmas, I am sure you know the shop already, but if not, a visit is a must, the least you will leave the shop feeling inspired and wanted to save to get one of their pieces.
They opened a second shop last year, this time more gift orientated, love how they display the stock.
