The brief was to take some general shots of the house, and a few pieces that I have been gathering with the years, and of course to take some new photos of the cushions for promotional material. I will be posting them separately as they are a too many!!
This is the dinning room, I have been collecting different chairs since I moved to this house, the white one I found on the street, the dark round wood got it from Greenwich market, the table I painted myself, and the wood Victorian cover (the most expensive piece in here) bought it in Ebay!! I have a mini collection of tea pots, sources, cups, and glass pieces, the embroidery pieces come from mother, she is a very talented woman!!
I like mixing periods and styles and I am as happy with a £5 chair as I am with a £300 cover. I believe your house should be about what you like, love and makes you feel comfortable and cosy, and a working process that evolves with the time. Mine certainly is!!
