I just wanted to share with you this beautiful pictures taken by Piero at my house on Saturday. The vintage toy car, which I got a few years back in a Xmas fair in the the country, the french mirror, from an mazing french shop in Norwich, the china from a market in London, a few scandinavian little vases I got from a vintage shop the other day, and this beautiful cards box and old rent books I found in Norwich.  I LOVE looking for old unusual things and styling them at home, I could live very happily if I go paid to do this all day... together with my textiles and blog!!!

L'atelier d'Audrey work

Audrey is a French artist based in Germany, she does the most beautiful cards and note books. This eco friendly series of work is called "bonjour mademoiselle" and you ca get them from her shop 'Small Series'. They are dowloadable and you can print them on any base and any purpose (Wedding, birth, birthday,...). You don't have to pay any delivery cost, you just receive a complete pdf file for 3,5 euros. What a brilliant idea!!

I love her illustrations, they are very sweet and playful, and the invitations are good fun too. I am treating myself to one of her notebooks next month...

There was upon a time a bear and a few cushions...

There was upon a time a red gingham bear that used to live in a shop in East Dulwich. He used to think 'I wish someone came in and took me to a lovely home...' and there I was, I happened to be doing a bit of food shopping that morning and spotted him on the shop window, from that moment I fall in love with him, and since them he lives a happy life in my home and has made friends with my adorable cat 'Missi' and my cushions. Needless to say he is retired but sometimes agree to pose next to the cushions.
